Our research positively impacts听businesses and society by focusing on people. Our department brings together experts in the fields of organizational behaviour, leadership, business ethics, co-operatives, and business communication. Our areas of focus include leader well-being, gender and diversity in organizations, and Indigenous community engagement.

We examine organizations broadly, including for-profit, social enterprises, and community-led organizations. Our research acknowledges the complexity of organizations, communities, and work, developing leaders who can adapt to these complexities. We have strength in our multi-disciplinary training and methodological approaches and are dedicated to training students in high-quality research skills.
