Healthy hearts for Heart Month
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching matters of the heart are all a buzz. With all of the focus this time of year being on finding the perfect soulmate, flowers and chocolates, and romantic dinners, perhaps it’s time to think about keeping your heart healthy - it’s also Heart Month after all. Dr. Carolyn Mitchell is available to talk about cardiovascular health and what we need to be thinking about in order to keep our hearts at their best. She can offer perspective on a range of factors that should be considered when it comes to focusing on your cardiovascular health including lifestyle choices, cholesterol, blood pressure etc.
