The ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Faculty of Agriculture was pleased to have Mrs. Mary Swetnam, son Peter Swetnam and grandson William Swetnam, attend ×îÐÂÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Faculty of Agriculture’s recent Scholarship Banquet to present the $2,000 William D. Swetnam Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is named in memory of Bill Swetnam, Class of 1956. As well, Peter is a member of Class of 1989 and William is a fourth year B.Sc.(Agr.) Agricultural Business student. Paul Manning, Canning, NS, a fourth year B.Sc.(Agr.) Environmental Sciences student was the 2012 recipient.  The scholarship is presented to an Atlantic Canada student in the B.Sc.(Agr.) program who has displayed leadership qualities while maintaining an outstanding academic performance during their program at the Faculty of Agriculture.
